Job Title

ITSM Data Engineer

About the role

You will implement IT Service Management (ITSM) Data Objects and Configuration Management Systems (CMS) business rules using the Global Data Platform, based on Microsoft Azure. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure scalability, reliability and security of ITSM data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integration: Utilize the Global Data Platform to integrate and manage data from various sources.
  • Azure Management: Leverage Azure services to ensure scalability, reliability and security of ITSM data.
  • Power BI Services: Create dataflows and manage workspaces.
  • Business Rule Implementation: Implement and maintain business rules within Configuration Management Systems using the Global Data Platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, process owners and other stakeholders to understand and implement business requirements.
  • Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor system performance and data integrity, and optimize processes for efficiency.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes and configurations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong Databricks knowledge and Apache Airflow.
  • Good understanding of IT Service Management.
  • Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities in English.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Language: English mandatory
