Role

Technical Business Analyst (Data & AI)

You will bridge the gap between business and technical teams: gather user requirements for an agentic platform, translate them into clear technical requirements, align with external vendors, test new features, ensure end-user usability, and continuously align stakeholders. You are expected to create clarity in a fast-paced environment, proactively drive progress, and take ownership. Some travel may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Gather user requirements based on internal use cases for an agentic platform
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Align closely with external vendors to ensure effective delivery
  • Test new features before release and ensure usability for end users
  • Continuously align with stakeholders across the organization
  • Proactively drive progress and take ownership in a dynamic environment

Required Experience

  • 2–5 years as a Business Analyst in a technical or data-focused role
  • Prior experience as a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer
  • Strong understanding of data workflows, analytics, and ML concepts
  • Experience in consulting environments (preferred)
  • Exposure to start-up or fast-paced environments
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field; PhD is a strong plus
  • Language: English mandatory
