Position

Reporting Analyst – Resolution Squad (Tribe External Reporting)

Role overview

You help deliver high-quality resolution reporting for Rabobank, enabling compliant disclosures related to valuation capabilities and evolving regulatory requirements for the Single Resolution Board (SRB). As a Reporting Analyst in the Resolution Squad you collect, validate and analyse complex datasets, interpret regulatory developments and help build robust reporting processes that support senior management decision-making and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect and validate data from various sources and complex datasets; investigate and resolve inconsistencies and errors.
  • Prepare the Valuation Data Set, analyse shifts in figures, create summary overviews and prepare outcome reports.
  • Align with stakeholders on requirements and collect documentation for the Valuation Data Index across 30+ subject areas for multiple resolution entities.
  • Set up and safeguard Valuation Playbooks, including Valuation Self Assessments, Internal Capabilities, Flexibility and Governance, ensuring alignment with the Valuation Data Set.
  • Manage the reporting solution during reporting runs together with other reporting analysts.
  • Interpret new valuation dataset deliveries and translate these into reporting solutions; discuss report outcomes with stakeholders and explain figure creation.
  • Engage in process improvement, maintain stakeholder contact and translate new regulation into reporting requirements and processes.

Your profile

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years as a data analyst with reporting experience.
  • Technical: Experience with SQL and reporting tools.
  • Domain: Regulatory reporting experience is highly preferred.
  • Skills & traits: Affinity with data quality, proactive, analytical, collaborative, result-driven, strong stakeholder management.
  • Language: Good proficiency in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Working conditions

  • Working hours: 36 hours per week
  • Work pattern: Hybrid; Wednesdays at the office (Croeselaan 18, Utrecht) and occasionally on Thursdays
  • Assignment duration: 1 year with possible extension
  • Languages: English (and Dutch)

  • Minimal 5 years of experience as data analyst with reporting
  • Work experience with SQL and reporting
  • Good proficiency in English
  • The candidate is available for the entire period requested in the
    application
  • The candidate has an identification document (a passport or identity card),
    which is valid both at intake and on the candidate’s contract start date
    and can be presented for verification
  • Employment through loondienst-midlance constructions is not allowed in
    accordance with Rabobank policy
  • The candidate may only be submitted for a maximum of one application at a
    time
  • This assignment is NOT suitable for the deployment of a self-employed
    professional
  • Pre-employment screening will take place and the candidate may only start
    after the pre-employment screening has been completed
