Role: Medior CDD Analyst (FEC Service Centre Wholesale & Rural)

Your role
You coordinate and facilitate Client Onboarding, Periodic and Event-driven CDD reviews on behalf of the Commercial Teams. You are responsible for the end-to-end FEC process for new and existing clients throughout their lifecycle. The role requires resilience, effective prioritization, critical thinking and constructive collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Execute and monitor FEC and Customer Due Diligence processes based on input from internal and external stakeholders.
- Define research scope and method, conduct investigations (data collection and analysis), and present findings with clear conclusions and rationale.
- Maintain contact with internal stakeholders, understand the environment and client situations, and identify developments and service needs.
- Actively participate in the team and project work; share responsibility for delivering results.
Practical examples of the work
- Assess which documents or information are missing to meet requirements for a periodic review, evaluate whether a client’s risk profile has changed, draft the CDD report, analyse transactions and assess risk before quality review and approval.
- Support time-sensitive acquisition cases by consulting Compliance on high-risk exposures (e.g. operations in sanctioned jurisdictions), gathering required information and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Investigate transactions that do not align with a client’s business profile, escalate to Advisory when needed, develop additional client questions and complete the CDD report; share outcomes and learnings with the team.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Relevant medior/senior experience in the financial sector with knowledge of AML, CDD and WWFT
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a strong advantage
- Strong time management, organisational, communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and evolving environment
- Results-driven and pragmatic: able to take ownership of cases and push forward when needed
