What a day will look like

You will work closely with the Global CRS Ecosystem Change Management & Communication Team and with the Netherlands team involved in the CRS Ecosystem implementation. Your responsibilities will include the following areas.

Change Management & Communication planning

Your activities will include:

  • Identify key stakeholder groups, assess change impact and plan appropriate engagement activities in a Change Management and Communication Plan for the Netherlands.
  • Support the design and delivery of Change & Communication plans for the Netherlands deployment, aligned with the overall CRS Ecosystem change and deployment strategy, ensuring Dutch perspectives and needs are represented.
  • Liaise with the global Program Team to understand what is changing and translate this into clear, audience-relevant messages for the Netherlands, tailoring messages to ensure they land effectively with Dutch audiences.
  • Help define and track KPIs (e.g. attendance at sessions, change readiness survey) and use insights to refine the Change Management and Communication planning and interventions.

Stakeholder engagement

Your activities will include:

  • Activate and coordinate the Netherlands change champion network, providing them with clear messages and material so they can support local adoption.
  • Build strong relationships with subject matter experts, project team members, and key stakeholders, acting as their partner on change and communications.
  • Help prepare country leads and key stakeholders with messages for team meetings, briefings, and workshops.

Content creation and delivery

Your activities will include:

  • Draft and edit communications in English and Dutch, including emails, intranet articles, FAQs, slide decks, and talking points, ensuring alignment with broader CRS Ecosystem messaging.
  • Produce clear, visual materials that explain what is changing, why, and what it means for different Dutch colleague groups.
  • Plan, write and edit newsletters and intranet articles for both the Netherlands and the global CRS Ecosystem channels, ensuring consistent messaging and sharing local stories with the wider program.
