Position

Role: BankerIQ Business Analyst (Rabobank Utrecht)

Help shape the future of AI-driven banking solutions by exploring, validating, and preparing AI use cases so promising ideas progress from experimentation to implementation.

Facts & Figures

• Working time: 36 hours per week
• Primary language: English (mandatory); Dutch: strong plus
• Office presence: required on Mondays and Wednesdays

Your Role

You operate at the intersection of business, technology, and governance to support early discovery and validation of AI-driven use cases. You will validate, structure, and prepare ideas for realization by running experiments, conducting research and technical explorations, assessing solution options, data availability, system constraints, risks, dependencies and integration opportunities. You will produce implementation-ready deliverables and ensure documentation for Risk, Privacy, Compliance, Security and Responsible AI assessments is complete for decision-making and handover to delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Explore and validate AI use cases through research, experimentation and analysis
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business, Risk, Compliance, Security and Architecture to identify opportunities and constraints
• Evaluate solution options by identifying risks, dependencies, process impacts and technical constraints
• Translate findings into clear requirements, process designs and implementation-ready documentation
• Deliver complete handover packages including requirements, process flows, use cases, scenarios and acceptance criteria

• Assess value and feasibility of new AI capabilities for prospecting and scenario modelling
• Evaluate solution options and identify associated risks, dependencies and technical constraints
• Prepare comprehensive handover documentation for delivery teams

Your Talent

• Education: Master’s degree in a technical, business or related field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in IT projects; experience with Data and AI technologies
• Experience in requirements management, process design and handover documentation
• Strong analytical skills with experience in discovery, experimentation and concept validation
• Broad understanding of IT landscapes and integration challenges
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Security and Architecture stakeholders
• Comfortable working in an international environment across teams and time zones
• Transparent, precise and comfortable giving constructive feedback; affinity with innovation is a plus

• Candidate must be available for the entire duration of the assignment
• Candidate must be in possession of a valid passport or ID at interview and at start
• A pre-employment screening will be executed; start is allowed only after successful completion

Eisen

• Language: English mandatory
• English is the primary working language
• Office presence required on Mondays and Wednesdays

• All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID
  card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the
  assignment
• If the candidate is selected to start, a pre-employment screening will be
  executed
• The PES is outsourced to an external party
• Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Rabobank during the
  exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
• Suppliers can offer just one candidate for this position
• Suppliers must be aware of the laws and regulations regarding employment
  conditions and Rabobank’s Collective Labour Agreement
• The assignment is placed in scale 10
• The candidate has to be available throughout the entire duration of the
  assignment
