Senior UX Designer, Data & Analytics Platform
About the role
Help create an intuitive employee experience for an internal platform that provides access to data, analytics and AI services. You will turn complex data and IT challenges into clear, user-centred solutions.
What you’ll do
Shape the user experience of the internal data, analytics and AI platform.
Define and structure the platform’s information architecture.
Design clear navigation and user flows that align with business processes.
Design and validate key, complex user journeys.
Translate complex challenges into simple, intuitive solutions.
Work with product owners, developers, subject-matter experts and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with designers to create consistent interaction patterns and reusable components.
What you bring
More than 10 years of experience as a UX Designer.
Strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to simplify complex problems.
Experience designing complex user journeys and delivering complex design projects.
A user-centred approach in technology-driven environments, and confidence challenging assumptions while building strong stakeholder relationships.
The ability to navigate large organisations and build support for your ideas.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
Familiarity with service design methods, including creative facilitation.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Practical information
Location: Utrecht
Working arrangement: Hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the office
Hours: 36 per week
Duration: At least 12 months
Location eligibility: You must live in the Netherlands
Self-employment: ZZP is not permitted
Eisen
- The candidate must be available to work 36 hours per week
- The candidate must be able to work from the office 2 to 3 days per week
- The candidate must live in the Netherlands
- The assignment has a minimum duration of 12 months
- Midlance employment constructions are not permitted
- The candidate must have more than 10 years of experience as a UX Designer
- The candidate must have experience designing complex user journeys
- The candidate must be proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
- The candidate must be familiar with service design methods, including creative facilitation
- The candidate must have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex design projects
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills in English
- The candidate must be available for the entire duration of the assignment
- The candidate may start only after successfully completing the pre-employment screening
- The candidate must possess a valid passport or identity card that is valid during both the intake and on the contract start date and can be presented for verification
