STMD Support
Turn your talent for organisation into meaningful impact. Bring people, priorities and information together to support sanctions screening models that help protect customers and society.
Your role
You bring structure and momentum to the work behind reliable global sanctions screening. You connect with stakeholders, coordinate reviews, validations and audits, support findings management and help move smaller projects forward. By keeping ownership, deadlines and dependencies clear, you enable colleagues to focus on their expertise.
This hands-on role combines coordination, careful administration and clear communication, with the opportunity to deepen your knowledge of sanctions screening and the model lifecycle.
What you’ll do
Coordinate periodic reviews, model validations and audits. Clarify dependencies, owners and deadlines; facilitate meetings; track follow-up actions; and consolidate stakeholder input into complete, consistent documentation.
Support findings management by maintaining an overview of remediation actions, dependencies, owners and due dates. Follow up with stakeholders, flag potential delays and check that input and supporting documentation are complete and consistent.
Support smaller projects and ad-hoc topics by organising activities, aligning stakeholders, facilitating meetings and following up on actions.
Turn stakeholder input into concise updates and professional presentations that make decisions and next steps clear.
What you bring
Academic working and thinking level, with a BSc or MSc degree.
The ability to see the bigger picture, maintain an overview of a broad domain and understand how decisions affect related activities.
A hands-on approach and willingness to explore complex analysis and implementation questions to understand what support is needed.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to engage senior management, business experts, developers and other team members.
Excellent writing skills: you can document approaches, test results and conclusions with clear arguments and supporting evidence suitable for Compliance, Audit and other third-party reviews.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset: you take ownership, anticipate support needs and follow through on commitments.
Clear coordination and facilitation skills, including the ability to keep priorities, dependencies, owners and deadlines in view.
