Position

Title: Platform Engineer – Agentic AI Platform

Employment type: Full-time

Location: Utrecht (hybrid)

About the role

You will design, build and maintain scalable platform capabilities that power AI and advanced analytics solutions, contributing to the development of an Agentic AI Platform and working with open-source AI frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain robust platform infrastructure for AI and analytics use cases
  • Work with container and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
  • Build and optimize cloud-native solutions in AWS and/or Azure
  • Contribute to the Agentic Platform and emerging AI paradigms
  • Implement and enhance observability using frameworks like OpenTelemetry
  • Work with open-source frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform usability and scalability

Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years in Platform Engineering or a similar role
  • Technical skills: Kubernetes, Docker (containerization), cloud platforms (AWS and/or Azure), Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), Python
  • Desirable: Experience with agentic platforms or advanced AI frameworks; experience with open-source AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph
  • Observability: Familiarity with OpenTelemetry or similar frameworks
  • Personal: Flexible mindset, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
  • Language: English — mandatory

  • Language: English mandatory
  • 7+ years of experience in Platform Engineering or a similar role
  • All submitted candidates must be in possession of a valid Passport or ID
    card, which must be taken along to the interview and at the start of the
    assignment
  • Candidate should be submitted exclusively to Magnit – Rabobank during the
    exclusivity period of 4 business days on one request
  • Furthermore, the candidate has to be available throughout the entire
    duration of the assignment
  • Pre-employment screening will be executed and must be successfully
    completed before starting
  • Midlance constructions are not allowed according to Rabobank policy
  • We would like to receive the personal motivation of the candidate and CV in
    English

Gunningscriteria

  • Experience with agentic platforms or advanced AI frameworks is a strong
    plus
  • Experience working with open-source AI frameworks like LangChain or
    LangGraph is highly desirable
  • Language: English mandatory
