About the project
This is a critical, strategic project in a demanding multidisciplinary environment with tight interdependencies across data, technology, governance and reporting. The aim is to ensure continuity in climate reporting and steering for Business Lending to enable a credible upcoming Annual Report.
Your role
As Project Manager you will lead the Climate Reporting and Steering Continuity Project and act as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and delivery teams, providing direction, establishing clear frameworks and safeguarding progress where multiple streams come together.
Responsibilities
- Project leadership: Lead the Climate Reporting and Steering Continuity Project and serve as central contact for stakeholders and delivery teams.
- Planning & reporting: Own integrated planning, status reporting and risk & issue management, aligned with governance used for strategic initiatives (Project Board / Transformation Office).
- Dependency management: Manage dependencies across source systems, the enterprise data warehouse implementation and the reporting/analytics layer (datasets, dashboards, standard reports), ensuring teams deliver effectively and in sequence.
- Data remediation: Actively coordinate data remediation activities with internal delivery leads.
- Decision & governance support: Drive timely decision making, transparent communication and escalation; prepare Project Board materials and facilitate key governance moments (e.g., go/no-go decisions and RCSA).
- Methodology & testing: Help ensure the updated PCAF-aligned methodology and data model are implemented and tested so the Annual Report can be delivered with complete, reliable and audit-ready business lending emissions and related impact metrics.
What you bring
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in complex, regulated environments (e.g., data/reporting, finance, risk or other governance-heavy domains).
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong skills in planning, delivery tracking, stakeholder management, risk identification/documentation and reporting.
- A structured way of working with the ability to switch quickly when the context requires it.
- Strong communicator, decisive, and able to create clarity in complexity.
