You will be working in the Payments and Savings domain. The domain is working on improving our customer journey and introducing new features which improve the banking experience of our customers, as well as maintaining our payments processing infrastructure. Due to an internal move a vacancy has opened. The Product Owner / Information Analyst is the functional linking pin between the business, stakeholders and the development teams. Analyzing the problem, gathering requirements, writing detailed user stories, prioritizing and documenting the change. We would like to bring on board a new Product Owner / Information Analyst.
How you will make a difference
You will help us ‘finance change to change finance’, by taking the responsibility to convert needs, insights and concepts into a concrete backlog.
Next to this:
- You will develop solution designs based on software functionality needs;
- You will identify and document clear user stories in close collaboration with the business and your team that your team can realize;
- You will initiate backlog refinements and you will divide epics into user stories and further analyse them to the level of detail the team needs;
- You will update or create the functional models and documentation;
- You will maintain a network of stakeholders to regularly consult on software functionality needs;
- You will participate in the Product Owner & Information Analyst chapter and contribute to continuous improvement of that area of expertise.

- Have a mix of courage and organizational sensitivity, so you can easily get others along with you in your advice and decisions.
Furthermore, it is desirable that you have:
- Experience as an Information or Business Analyst or Product Owner in an Agile (software) environment;
- Experience in working at a bank and/or financial institution;
- Excellent communication skills, in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
Your future colleagues
You will work for the Software Solutions department at Triodos Bank’s head office in Driebergen-Rijsenburg. The department has twenty-six teams, divided over mainly functional domains. Priorities are broadly determined for each domain by a Domain Board.
We currently have six development teams working in the Payments & Savings domain. As a Product Owner /Information Analyst you work closely with other Product Owners and other Analysts on domain-topics. You will work for your own domain team, focusing on backend improvements/features.
