This role is positioned in the Community Management team within the CAEO Support Office. CAEO is the Chief Architecture & Engineering Office, a chapter in CITO responsible for the development, maintenance and enforcement of the IT strategy and architecture of Rabobank, in order to realize an effective long-term direction for IT in support of the bank’s strategy.

Main role activities:
Support our internal knowledge-sharing event, Engineers Week, which happens twice a year, with over 100 talks, coordinate program;
o This includes experiments on how Engineers Week contributes to knowledge sharing for 10.000 CITO colleagues;
o Includes: potential live components;
Recurring tasks;
o Monthly Newsletter;
o Writing news articles;
o Quarterly update data & slide deck;
o Support Team Community Management on organizing Community Lead events;
Automation around data (PowerBI) is a strong pre;
Maintain 100+ community information sites;
Support senior Community Managers in their projects, like Community College;
Measure how we are doing through executing the community ecosystem health check;
Depending on progression other support & creative activities relating to 100+ communities and over 40.000 colleagues will come up;
Personality & skills:
Customer and result orientation, along with strong communication skills and independence, are essential for this role;
You are structured and like bringing order to lots of information, for example in 100+ talks during an Engineers Week;
Small details don’t escape you when bringing together news from 100+ communities into a single newsletter;
In our communications and branding we are energetic, slightly rebellious, friendly, but professional. We hope this style resonates with you;
Active listener who can work in a structured manner in a dynamic environment;
Fluent in English is required (written and verbal), Dutch is preferred;
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of communication, event management or community management.

All departments are working hybrid, in terms of Rabobank @anywhere policy;
