Own and advance the testing methodology, maintaining a coherent, risk-based approach to model monitoring, model changes and new testing activities.
Define fit-for-purpose test designs, evaluation criteria and documentation standards, and promote their consistent use.
Design and set up tests for new models, service-consumer onboardings and new model functions.
Review test plans and reports, ensuring conclusions are evidence-based, clearly documented and suitable for decision-making.
Build detailed knowledge of screening models and use test outcomes, findings and stakeholder input to identify gaps and propose improvements.
Support model tuning, change requests and remediation, and identify opportunities to improve test coverage, monitoring and reporting.
Support colleagues in strengthening their testing approach, model knowledge, documentation and stakeholder communication.
Represent the testing perspective in discussions with Model Owners, Compliance, Audit and technical teams, connecting risk, business and technology.
Your profile
Relevant experience in model testing, validation, monitoring or analytics within FEC, sanctions, financial services or another regulated environment.
Experience designing tests, assessing results, and producing or reviewing clear, auditable test documentation and management reporting.
Ability to understand complex model logic, data flows and system behaviour, and translate technical findings into risk and business implications.
A proactive, solution-oriented approach and the ability to identify improvements to models, methodologies and processes.
Strong stakeholder-management skills and confidence engaging with Model Owners, Compliance, Audit and technical teams.
