Vacature: Business Analyst Enterprise Repository (medior) — Nederlands

Over de functie
Als Business Analyst voor het Enterprise Repository vertaal je de ambitie naar concrete data‑producten. Je definieert hoe data wordt gestructureerd, verbonden, beheerd, gedeeld en gebruikt, en begeleidt deliveryteams bij ontwerp en realisatie conform standaarden, architectuurprincipes en goedgekeurde tooling.

Het Enterprise Repository maakt relaties en afhankelijkheden transparant, ondersteunt besluitvorming, naleving en transformatie. Jouw werk zorgt dat het Repository betrouwbaar en geschikt voor gebruik wordt.

Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Vertalen van visie, business- en regule vereisten naar requirements en use cases.
• Ondersteunen bij integratie van domeinmodellen, canonieke datamodellen, metadata, taxonomieën en relaties in het Repository.
• Bijdragen aan ontwerp en realisatie van inzichten in processen, applicaties, assets, controls, risico’s en hun afhankelijkheden.
• Impactanalyse en implementatie van taxonomieën (bijv. IT en Business Process Taxonomy).
• Onderzoeken van datakwaliteit en adviseren over impact en implementatie in het Repository.
• Zorgen dat het Repository voldoet aan eisen voor datakwaliteit, security, privacy, lineage, ownership, toegang, retentie en auditability.
• Bijdragen aan implementatie- en uitrolaanpak van het Repository.
• Samenwerken met data owners, data stewards en product owners voor accountability, servicelevels en meetbare kwaliteitscriteria.
• Ondersteunen van impactanalyse, dependency management, scenario‑modellering en “what‑if” analyses door consistente modellering en toegankelijkheid van data en relaties.

Samenwerking

Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team met Product Owners, business stakeholders, Business Architects, Tech Leads, Data Engineers en maakt deel uit van een DevOps-team. Je legt data‑concepten helder uit aan technische en niet‑technische stakeholders en bouwt alignment.

Wat breng je mee (Vereisten)

• Ervaring: Minimaal 2 jaar als Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Process Analyst of vergelijkbare rol.
• Stakeholdermanagement: Ervaring met stakeholders in business en technologie domeinen.
• Analyse & vertaling: Ervaring met het vertalen van business requirements naar praktische oplossingen en het omzetten van doelstellingen in backlogitems.
• Vaardigheden: Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende capaciteiten.
• Taal: Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Engels; Nederlands is verplicht.
• Werkwijze: Ervaring met werken in Agile omgevingen.

Vacancy: Business Analyst Enterprise Repository (medior) — English

Role overview
As Business Analyst for the Enterprise Repository you translate the ambition into concrete data products. You define how data is structured, connected, governed, shared and consumed, and guide delivery teams in designing and realising data products in line with the bank’s data standards, architecture principles and approved tools.

Your impact

The Enterprise Repository makes relationships and dependencies transparent, supporting decision‑making, compliance and transformation. Your work ensures the Repository becomes trustworthy and fit for purpose.

Key responsibilities

• Translate vision, business and regulatory requirements into requirements and use cases.
• Support integration of domain models, canonical data models, metadata, taxonomies and relationships into the Repository.
• Contribute to design and realization of insights into processes, applications, assets, controls, risks and their dependencies.
• Impact analysis and implementation of taxonomies (e.g. IT and Business Process Taxonomy).
• Investigate data quality and provide guidance on impact and implementation in the Repository.
• Ensure the Repository meets requirements for data quality, security, privacy, lineage, ownership, access, retention and auditability.
• Contribute to implementation and roll‑out approach of the Repository.
• Work with data owners, data stewards and product owners to establish accountability, service levels and measurable quality criteria.
• Support impact analysis, dependency management, scenario modelling and “what‑if” analysis by ensuring consistent modelling and accessibility of data and relationships.

Collaboration

You will work in a multidisciplinary environment with Product Owners, business stakeholders, Business Architects, Tech Leads, Data Engineers and as a member of a DevOps team. You explain data concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders and build alignment.

What you bring (Must-Have)

• Experience: Minimum 2 years as Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Process Analyst or similar.
• Stakeholder management: Awareness of stakeholder management in business and technology domains.
• Translation: Experience translating business requirements into practical solutions and turning objectives into actionable backlog items.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Language: Excellent communication skills in English; Dutch mandatory.
• Method: Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred expertise

• Experience with the concept of an Enterprise Repository or similar.
• Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management practices.
• Configuration Management and CMDB concepts.
