Road Manager Security (Rabobank)

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Road Manager Security to lead and drive strategic cyber security initiatives across the organization. You will take initiatives from concept and business case through execution, adoption and operational handover, working across Security Operations, Vulnerability Management, Security Testing, Detection Engineering and related capabilities. You act as the connecting link between business stakeholders, security specialists, architects, delivery teams and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic roadmap management: Develop, maintain and drive multi-year security roadmaps aligned with security strategy and risk objectives; translate priorities into initiatives, plans, milestones and measurable outcomes; identify dependencies, risks and opportunities.
• Initiative and program delivery: Lead multiple concurrent security initiatives from ideation to implementation and operational handover; ensure governance, planning, reporting and decision-making; monitor progress, benefits realization and delivery performance; escalate and mitigate risks and issues.
• Stakeholder management: Build and maintain relationships across business, IT and security; align senior leadership, product owners, architects and delivery teams; manage competing priorities and provide concise reporting to executives.
• Security domain leadership: Act as a trusted advisor on cyber security initiatives and transformation; understand industry best practices, regulatory requirements and emerging threats; ensure initiatives improve overall security posture.
• Hands-on execution: Take ownership to drive actions to completion; support teams to remove delivery blockers and accelerate implementation with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.

Required experience and qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in project, program or portfolio management within large, complex organizations; proven track record delivering large-scale cyber security initiatives and transformations; experience in regulated environments and managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Security expertise: Strong knowledge across Security Operations (SOC), Vulnerability Management, Security Testing, Detection Engineering, Threat Management, Risk & Compliance, Identity & Access Management.
• Certifications (relevant): CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CCSP; PMP / PRINCE2 / MSP preferred.

• Languages: English and Dutch mandatory.

Eisen

• Language: English and Dutch mandatory
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project, program or portfolio
  management within large and complex organizations
• Relevant industry certifications such as: CISSP; CISM; CRISC; CCSP; PMP /
  PRINCE2 / MSP (preferred)
• The candidate has a valid identification document (a passport or ID card),
  which must be valid both at intake and on the contract start date, and can
  be presented for verification
• The candidate is available for the entire period requested in the
  application
• Please clearly indicate in the motivation field whether the candidate has
  any planned vacation or special leave during the duration of this
  assignment
• Please provide in the CV whether an internal reference can be requested
• We would like to receive the personal motivation and CV in Dutch
• Employment-freelance constructions are not allowed according to Rabobank
  policy
• Candidate suppliers must be aware of the applicable laws and regulations
  regarding employment conditions and the (Rabobank) collective labor
  agreement
• The role falls under scale 11 of the Rabobank CAO
• The candidate may be submitted for only one application at a time
• Suppliers can offer just one candidate for this position
• Multiple candidates per supplier are not allowed, all candidates will be
  rejected
• Pre-employment screening will take place
• Candidates can only start after completing the pre-employment screening
