Position

Senior Business Analyst IAM 4 Employees

Job summary

You will act as an IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst, shaping technology demand and ensuring secure, high-quality employee access solutions. You translate complex business problems into designs and blueprints, and work closely with Product Owners, development teams and stakeholders to realise those solutions.

Key responsibilities

  • Translate strategy into design: Convert high-level complex targets into designs and a blueprint for solutions; align with Product Owners, DevOps and other stakeholders.
  • Develop cross-domain solutions: Deliver high-value solutions across domains.
  • Plan and organise: Work independently within departmental objectives; plan and organise activities within your area of responsibility.
  • Understand complex business problems and recommend solutions via processes and systems.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of work delivered by other Business Analysts.
  • Translate business requirements into designs aligned with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.
  • Act as a sparring partner for business, development teams, Product Owner and other stakeholders.
  • Keep abreast of market and technological developments and incorporate them into your designs.
  • Ensure DevOps teams have the necessary information to translate capabilities into solution designs.

Qualifications & experience

  • Education: Academic thinking and work level; Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification: CISSP certified.
  • Technical knowledge: Practical knowledge and implementation experience with IAM protocols and standards such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM.
  • Analysis & networking: Requirement analysis (master level); Networking (experienced).
  • Communication: Strong creation and writing skills; excellent communication in English is required.
