Position
Workday Solution Specialist – Recruitment
You will configure, maintain and improve Workday solutions with a strong focus on Recruitment. You will work in an Agile/DevOps environment and collaborate closely with HR, IT and other stakeholders globally to optimize the Recruitment domain and related employee journeys.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and support Workday, including incident resolution, service request handling, data loads and system administration activities
- Perform impact analysis and release validation
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable Workday solutions aligned with global design principles
- Propose solution designs with clear trade-offs and recommendations
- Configure and implement changes in Workday Recruitment and related modules
- Collaborate with global and local HR teams to understand needs and proactively identify improvement opportunities
- Support testing activities and analyse Workday releases
- Deliver user training and documentation for new features and enhancements
- Work closely with IT colleagues to assess integration and downstream system impacts
Example activities
- Improve and optimize the onboarding journey for candidates, employees and managers
- Design and implement enhancements in the Recruitment module
- Collaborate with the team to identify the best-fit solutions within the global template
Your profile
- Quality mindset
- Good understanding of HR policies and processes
- Team player who can work under pressure, set priorities and who sees having fun as part of the job
- Knowledge of and experience with DevOps teams and (scaled) Agile
- Minimum of 3 years recent Workday configuration experience in the Recruitment module and at least 1 year in one or more additional modules (HCM Core, Absence, (Advanced) Compensation, Learning or Expenses)
- Language: Fluent in English, both verbal and written
