Position

Experienced Robotics & Low-code Engineer

Role overview

You will build and maintain robotics and low-code solutions to automate business processes. You work in a dynamic team, collaborate with business stakeholders and engineers, and deliver high-quality applications using tools such as Tungsten RPA, PowerApps and Mendix. You are willing to focus on the work that needs to be done regardless of the technology.

What you will do

  • Design, build and manage robotics and low-code solutions based on specific use cases.
  • Automate repetitive work to deliver tangible benefits for colleagues and customers.
  • Work with a small team (typically 4–9 colleagues) to deliver solutions using Tungsten RPA, PowerApps, Mendix and similar tools.
  • Actively contribute to continuous improvement of the Robotics & Low-Code area.
  • Communicate with business stakeholders to understand challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Take ownership of your projects, career and personal development.

  • Assess which low-code or RPA solution best fits each use case.

Requirements

  • Education: HBO or University working and thinking level.
  • Experience: RPA/low-code software such as Kofax, Mendix, PowerApps and/or Tungsten RPA.
  • Working methods: Experience in Agile/Scrum teams in complex environments.
  • Languages: Excellent verbal and written English (Dutch is not required).
  • Personal qualities: Positive, result-oriented, self-motivated, proactive, flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Technical advantages: Experience with new technologies and knowledge of a programming language is a plus.
  • Skills: Collaboration, communication, personal responsibility, initiative, business/process analysis skills are a plus.
  • Mindset: Strong willingness to learn in a rapidly evolving technical environment.

Practical details

  • Working hours: 36 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
  • Working model: Hybrid (Wednesday in the office in Utrecht, Leidseveer).
