- Design and implement a process flow to improve alignment between data quality monitoring and data issue management.
- Initiate data management process improvements and plan/coordinate their implementation with a cross‑functional team.
Top responsibilities
- Coordinating data issues: analyse data issues, identify the correct issue owner, and ensure all parties know their role to resolve the issue.
- Engage stakeholders: activate people across the organisation to resolve issues within existing guidance and timelines; secure buy‑in for improvement projects by providing a clear purpose and roadmap.
- Foster collaboration for structural improvements: act as the linking pin within Finance and Risk, supporting tribes and collaborating bank‑wide to implement structural improvements in processes and systems.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree (HBO or WO) with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
